The mission of the Hospitality Guild is to promote Christian warmth and friend lines within the congregation by welcoming members and visitors to church-wide activities
Receive and welcome members and friends to church-wide activities. Serve as host and hostesses on other special occasions by request. Enhance the general comfort of all persons attending activities in which the Guild shall render service.
Responsibility of Membership
The duties of the membership are to greet, receive and welcome members and visitors to church services and special occasion activities.
Registration at conferences and workshops
Annual project (luncheon and fashion show off site)
Other activities when needed
Members need to be able to stand for periods of time while they host programs, greet and work the floor during annual events.
The Guild meets the third Saturday, January through June and then September through December. Meeting time is 12:00 noon in the Tape Room on the church sanctuary level. Meetings are convened by the President or Vice President.
